If there's one aspect of this operating system that's been a constant disappointment, it has to be its complete and utter inability to "remember" window settings. Would be nice to see an updated version of Layout.dll to work in conjunction with Vista32/64, not sure about XP and Quad Cores.

Note that several of the shortcut folders aren't accessible; clicking them opens a scary warning. I use Vista x64. my window customization issues completely disappeared. It's a bit jittery.

The point: experiment with combinations.
